Experience
I am currently employed as the Head of Design at Uniform — a modern, composable, digital experience platform. I’m responsible for all phases of product UX design, coordinating design efforts with vendors, and creating sustainable design operations.
From 2012 to 2021 I worked at 10up—a leading web agency for enterprise clients. I helped grow 10up from an eight-person agency to over 200 people, and was specifically responsible for creating and growing its UX Design discipline.
To supplement this experience, I earned a Master of Business Administration degree in 2018, focusing my capstone and extracurricular experience on business innovation.
