- Created the User Experience Design discipline and design processes at 10up, and helped manage 10up growth from eight to over 200 employees.
- Focus on employee growth by coaching them using a competency framework I designed. Allows designers to self-evaluate performance, set goals, and evaluate progress toward promotion opportunities.
- Through research and workshops, I design solutions to business challenges and establish long-term partnerships.
- Designed recruiting tools to reduce implicit bias and reduce candidate-fit risk for more equity in hiring and to reduce turnover.
- Assist with sales and oversee execution of design projects. I work directly with stakeholders Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Google, and Merck as well as startups and smaller organizations.
